Here is my challenge, to you, Shaniqua.

This week, before you head out the door, pray for God to put you in the right place at the right time. Pray for amazing, God -sized things to happen. Some of my best God moments come from prayers like these and I end up:

-Being offered a free Spanish Bible study pack from the man next to me at the Post Office.

-Praying “the arm of the Lord is not shortened” over a complete stranger who was having a rough time in the MCV emergency room. Said lady happened to be missing half of her right arm. Whoops.

– Connecting with so many missionaries, pastors, and believers at my job that brighten my day and reinforce the fact that true joy is found in Christ. It emanates from them. Soul connections with strangers.

– Being prayed over and having (another) stranger prophesy over me and tell me that I was a strong tree with roots deep in God (not tied down to a place but to Him) and that he was giving me an abundance of wisdom to share with other people. That was freaky but cool, and I’ve never forgotten it.

I don’t know about you, but I want to experience God as much as I can, so by faith I want to pray and see what he does.
